Although this may initially appear exciting, these decisions may eventually become daunting and even paralyzing. However, prior to making a decision, candidates must first make an honest assessment of their goals, abilities, and priorities. This article briefly outlines some of these challenging choices and helps lay the groundwork for a successful decision process.
